Jonathan Ball is deeply committed to retaining and developing creative talent in Baltimore, believing that the city’s artists should have access to world-class opportunities without having to leave home to succeed. Through his leadership at Dream Launchers, he has built platforms for artist development, mentorship, and sustainable career infrastructure that empower emerging and nationally recognized talent throughout the DMV region. His appointment to the Community Advisory Committee for Create Baltimore (formerly the Baltimore Office of Promotion & The Arts) further expands that impact on a civic level. In this role, Jonathan contributes his diverse experience as a music executive, songwriter, producer, and creative director to support BOPA’s operations and strategic initiatives, helping ensure that Baltimore’s creative community is served with excellence, equity, and long-term vision.
